Terms of Service

By accessing or using any services provided by ByteWave International ("ByteWave," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

ByteWave International provides web development, e-commerce development, digital marketing, and related technology services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom website and web application development
• E-commerce platform development and integration
• Digital marketing strategy and execution
• UI/UX design and branding services
• Ongoing website maintenance and support

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery
• Supply all necessary content, assets, and credentials in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment schedule
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities

All payment terms will be outlined in your individual project agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before project commencement
• Milestone payments are due upon milestone completion and approval
• Final payment is due before final deliverable handover
• Late payments may result in project suspension
• All prices are in USD or BDT as specified in your contract

Upon receipt of full payment:

• You will own all custom code and designs created specifically for your project
• ByteWave retains the right to use the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Third-party components, libraries, and assets remain subject to their respective licenses
• ByteWave retains ownership of any pre-existing proprietary tools or frameworks used in the project

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

ByteWave International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable unless ByteWave fails to commence work within the agreed timeframe.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
